2022, One of the best years yet!
Mr. Gary O'Brien, Principal
In November 2022, CHAC Alumni further boosted its membership with the influx of this year’s graduating Seniors. By the end of December, the Association will have a lifetime membership of over 3000. With such strength in numbers comes diversity, connection and influence. In CHAC’s 34th year, the Association’s members remain well-connected and dynamic, contributing to a local and global society across a diverse and professional environment. The Annual PSA Bursary (to be renamed the CHAC Alumni Bursary) was again greatly appreciated by the student body with the recipient using the bursary to support a 5-week exchange undertaken in France at the end of the 2022 school year.
“What’s New”

The College has been a busy centre of new developments and ever-expanding opportunity with a strategic intent of Developing, World, and Work Ready individuals and a 2022 theme of Attitudes and Actions.
Our cohort-based Enterprise Program has continued to develop, with each year level from 4 – 10 engaging in an annual program that focuses on developing those skills identified as vital to success in a rapidly changing world. 2022 has seen a school and community-wide focus on Mental health and well-being. The College added a nurse, an additional psychologist and further counseling support. The student hub was introduced as a safe, supportive venue where students could remove themselves from the bustle of College life to take a break and regather themselves. These have proven to be valuable additions to the support offered to our students.
